We receive HR candidates from a wide variety of sources. Following a resume review, all applicants are carefully screened - starting with a phone screen. A subsequent in-person behavioral interview is conducted in which the applicant is questioned extensively about all areas of human resources (benefits, compensation, employee relations, staffing, labor relations, HRIS, compliance knowledge, Safety/Workers' Compensation, training, and management). This interview helps to determine the level of skills and work environment preferences so we can match the applicant to the most appropriate placement. We then check references on all candidates prior to placement.

A qualified staffing consultant will discuss your specific staffing requirements, organization profile and culture, expectations, rates of pay and assignment timeline. We like to visit the site whenever possible to get a true sense of the surroundings so we can most effectively match candidates to the job environment.
We will conduct a search and match your staffing needs with our pre-qualified, pre-screened pool of HR professionals. A qualified candidate (or candidates) will be identified. As necessary, we conduct a special outside search to identify the best candidate for your needs. We will always give you an opportunity to review the resume(s) and/or interview any prospective candidate(s).
Once a candidate is selected, HR Extras will create an agreement and confirmation letter for the client.
HR Extras will maintain contact with you and our temporary HR professional on a comfortable, on-going basis throughout the duration of the assignment.
