You can rely on HR Extras to provide high caliber HR professionals for your interim, temp-to-hire, and direct hire needs. And, we consistently provide prompt, personalized service.

We receive HR candidates from a wide variety of sources. Following a resume review, all applicants are carefully screened - starting with a phone screen.  A subsequent in-person behavioral interview is conducted in which the applicant is questioned extensively about all areas of human resources (benefits, compensation, employee relations, staffing, labor relations, HRIS, compliance knowledge, Safety/Workers' Compensation, training, and management). This interview helps to determine the level of skills and work environment preferences so we can match the applicant to the most appropriate placement. We then check references on all candidates prior to placement.

The easy five-step process to finding a matched candidate (for an interim or direct hire) for your HR opening is outlined below:

Step One

Step Two

A qualified staffing consultant will discuss your specific staffing requirements, organization profile and culture, expectations, rates of pay and assignment timeline. We like to visit the site whenever possible to get a true sense of the surroundings so we can most effectively match candidates to the job environment.
